What is the difference between Image and Frames mode?
Image mode animates one first frame. Frames mode accepts a first frame and an optional last frame to guide the transition.

No. 1080p is limited to 6 seconds. Use 512p or 768p when you need 10 seconds.
Does image mode show an aspect ratio selector?
No. Image and Frames modes follow the proportions of the first uploaded image. Prompt mode exposes the 16:9 setting.
